$0 upfront. Website, hosting, security and 2 small changes a month. 12-month minimum, then month to month.

Own it
You own the site files once the build is paid. The monthly fee covers hosting and changes.
Prices in Australian dollars. No GST is charged. Bigger jobs, like new pages, online ordering or a redesign, are quoted separately before any work starts.
How it works
- We have a quick chat about your business and pick a plan.
- You send your menu, logo and any photos you like.
- I send you a preview within a few days. We tweak it until you're happy.
- You approve it, it goes live, and billing starts from that day.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Nothing is charged until you approve your site and it goes live. If you don't like the preview, you don't pay anything.
Payments are taken by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly in advance, or by bank transfer on invoice. Receipts are emailed automatically.
Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum, then continue month to month and can be stopped with 30 days' notice. Leaving inside the first 12 months means paying the remaining months, or an agreed smaller lump sum to keep the site.
Fees already paid for a month or year aren't refunded for unused time. If something on your site isn't working, I fix it free.
Full terms are in the written agreement each client receives before any work starts.
Privacy
I only use your details to build and run your website, contact you about it and bill you. Card payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store your full card number. I use trusted providers (hosting, email, payments) to run the service, and they may store data overseas. I never sell your details. Ask any time and I'll send you or delete the information I hold about you.
